Lion of the Maze says, if the War in Mindanao is authentic, then Piñol whose province was the first supposedly attacked by MILF should actually be dead by now instead of innocent men, women and children. Even the high and mighty Justice Antonio Carpio, he says, should actually be dead now. And former Pres. Estrada. And he asks, why are these people still alive? It appears that the Muslim Mindanao represented by MILF and the government’s peace talks is being killed successfully by the enemy. As both Corrimao and Shimshon say, there will be more provocateur acts making the artificially created war in Mindanao look more fearsome and extremely threatening.
Meanwhile, in the spirit of the marvelously excellent trouble making powers of the extremist left, Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and its military arm, New People’s Army (NPA), their attacks are getting closer and closer to Metro Manila. Clearly, an anti-thesis to the rejectionists’ line of urban insurrection that the reaffirmist, Joma Sison loyalists abhor.
The blog of Lion of the Maze is disturbing. Calling on Sec. Teodoro Gilberto and the DILG secretary, the head of PNP and AFP. It might be wise to look at the roots of the so-called occupation at Aleosan by the MILF. Lion of the Maze provides a depth analysis of events as they happened.
The inevitable comes. MILF has no control over the situation. Breakaway groups that will not recognize the leadership of the grand old man, Salamat Hashim and his successors, will take the law into their hands. Many issues, many forces, are at play. But the delay in the peace talks is extremely dubious. Why strike after the peace process was minutely distracted by low-level politicians in Mindanao, Senators and Puno and company in Manila? Why? It appears to be a coordinated, well planned torpedo operation. It all began with the shooting down of the postponement of the Elections in ARMM. Then the questioning of the supposed secrecy in the peace process. Then the TRO by the Supreme Court. Then the elections that are at their best will result in nothing good for Muslim Mindanao. Then the attack with force supposedly at North Cotabato and the saber rattling by a local government group that does not recognize the MILF, the GRP and the committee for cessation of hostilities, much more a Muslim or any other tribe in Mindanao. Soon it might lead to war. And all the nation will be the losers, just for the folly, unforgiveable greed and sheer callousness of some fellowmen… Read more about the post here…
